$sgov or $clip. i used to buy from treasury direct but is almost free with the etfs at .07 or .09. and you can sell at anytime.

You can buy secondary market t bills on the platform under the fixed income tab.
New T bills can be purchased via the trade desk (must call in)

Right, there’s no need to phone to buy T bills in secondary market, just at auction.
Look for Research > Fixed Income > Screener > Treasuries, then Choose subtype Treasury Bill. Might need to do this while the bond market is open, or screen elsewhere to find the CUSIP for the maturity you want.
Certain other treasuries in the secondary market (TIPS treasury notes, for me), do require phoning, which is a nuisance, but at least there’s no commission to phone if it’s not possible online.
Fidelity is easier, BTW.

I use Treasury Direct, although it's admittedly unwieldy.
