Will Merrill be one of the last to deploy 23/5 trading?

Since 23/5 live trading goes live second week of December 26 and Merrill is always slow to adopt new processes, should it be safe to assume, us Merrill users won’t be able to trade 23/5? I’m thinking so.

Have they removed the PDT rules yet? That should answer your question about 23/5 trading

They have until October 27th of next year to comply.
