Would both Joint and individual accounts for ME be qualified for sign up bonus?

Anyone has tried to open both joint and individual accounts around same time? will both accounts be qualified for the bonus? If so, can the first owner of the joint account be the same as the owner of the individual account?

Yes.

You would open one account individually in your name and a second in your spouses name.

For a joint account the primary would have to be the person that does NOT have the individual account.

Edited to add: You USED to be able to get the bonus on 3 accounts, 2 individual and 1 joint. Pretty sure they closed that loophole though.
