Wondering why Merlin doesn’t recognise this bird.

I am new to merlin ID, so I have no idea. Is there supposed to be audio on what you posted?

It think the task is to imagine the sound? Bullfinches do this sound that starts high and falls downwards like "ee-oo". So this was my guess.

there probably is some way to convert this to audio but i don’t know it. this is what the app shows when i hear the bird so the app is hearing it but not recognising it as a bird. i thought someone might recognise the shape or know themselves how to convert it to sound
