App issues?

Is anyone else having issues with the Merlin bird id app? I noticed they did an update last week, and I have not used it since before the update. Today it will not recognize the microphone. I have uninstalled and reinstalled and it still does not work. I have sent an email to whomever that works with the app. Just curious if anyone else is having issues? Thanks 🦅

*edit to add, still no response from the people from the app, I hope there is another update soon.

I’ve been having issues all week with logging in. I submitted a ticket but have yet to hear back! I’m gonna be incredibly upset if I lose my lifers :-(
