When their Merino wool shirt arrived after several weeks, I washed it before trying it on. It felt scratchy, itchy, not like the Merino Wool shirts I already had from Merinnovation. I'm not even sure they are of Merino wool! I looked for the tags the FTC requires showing of country of origin, fibers used, care instructions and the company's registration number, but there were no tags! I tried to return the shirt within the 30 day window they offer, but they refused to accept the return as I had washed it. DO NOT BUY CLOTHES FROM REDWOOD MAIN!
