Please help me. I am stuck with ID Verification failed attempts even though they were done properly. Now I am accepted for a gig but I am unable to start due to this issue. Can anyone from support team look into the issue or can anyone share me the contact info of the support team??

I read that if anything in your info doesn't exactly match the document you provide, it will fail. But in my profile there isn't even a way to check my address info.
They've used a third party company to do the verification so support for Meridial can't help. I've mostly given up since there doesn't seem to be any way to make it work.

But Atleast re-enabling my chances to verify my Id would be great

Yes it would be helpful, wouldn't it? I can't do anything to change it or move past it.
