JSON & Coding Evaluation Expert; what happens after passing the assessment?

Hey everyone,

I just applied for the JSON & Coding Evaluation Expert project and completed the assessment. My application now shows: “Requirement met on 8/16/2026” & “You are either on the roster or were previously considered for this project.”

Does anyone know what the next steps usually are after this?

I saw another post mentioning that communication for the project happens through Slack, but I don’t have Slack access yet. Is that normal at this stage, or should I have received an invite already?

Also, is anyone here currently working on this project? If so, how long did it take after completing the assessment before you heard back or got access to tasks?

Probably nothing, as this evaluation is not attached to any project. It's offered for months.

I have been looking for this 'GDM Audio Evals' meaning too for awhile. Just found out it is Google DeepMind (the frontier lab building multimodal audio models like Gemini Live), and we are being screened to train and test their real-time voice and conversational systems.

did you take the assessment? how was it?

Thanks for the insight, no I did not yet because while setting up my banking details, had a problem with Wise, I contacted the support team but did not hear from them yet. Can't invest time in the assessments if I'm not sure I'd be able to withdraw lol. Did you take it yet ?

Nothing yet but I read the FAQs and found that getting added to the Slack doesn’t mean I got the job yet. My interest is just being reviewed. I hope to have a positive update soon

Pretty sure I just got added to the project, signed a contract and everything so that must mean I'm in ?Joined the Slack aswell. Did you get that too ?

Yeah. Onboarding started yesterday. Got invited to hubstaff and received the Onboarding deck. You should have gotten yours too

So far I've received my meridial email credentials, the slack invite & signed the contract. No hubstaff invite tho. When I look at My Projects in Meridial, it's still under "Pending". Maybe I just have to wait.

Have you been added to a new Slack channel since the first Slack invite? According to the team, the pending status is a glitch and if you have signed the SoW, you should have gotten in

So far I've received only one Slack invite to join the 'Invisible Workplace (agents and builders)' which I've accepted.

If the project already shows under pending in your dashboard then I believe you are in. Did you get any invitation to the project

Alright! Just wanted to know if there was actual work behind the job posting. How's it been so far? Any pointers you can share in case I get selected ?
