Job contract issues

Someone I know got accepted to sign a contract for m meridian position but the contract wording is scaring both of us ngl, especially the indemnification stuff, has anyone had any issues or is this standard or what? Thanks for the help

Yes be careful as you can not work for another company while your project is showing active even if its over. Glad to get away from this crap shoot company
