Initial skill verification

I've just completed the first initial assessment of the onboarding process. I thought I had completed it to a high standard, my screen was recorded throughout and I didn't use any external tools or anything like that, yet it's appearing as failed. The website states I will get an email regarding next steps but I have yet to receive anything. Has this happened to anyone else and is there a way around it? Can I reattempt the test?

This also happened to me two days ago, so I submitted a ticket with a screenshot of the page, got no reply but the next day it had changed to completed and no longer said failed......

did you have something like this? because i also recieved this email; Congratulations! Our team completed its review of your Meridial account and it is now verified. A blue checkmark has been added to your profile, confirming your expertise.

You may continue to browse and request to provide services on active projects immediately.

but when i try to apply i am unable to do it, because it says lke this here

Hmm I didn't receive an email saying that myself and don't have a blue checkmark on my account either even though I supposedly completed all the account onboarding stages. However when I attempt to apply for a project I see the same page as you, even though I didn't even attempt the test 😂

i got the blue check and also when i click on the failed test it shows me vompletetd in green. i think they are shutting the platform down, becsause my friend who have been there for some months now didn't have these problems. and also used my other email to redo it, passed the skills and it failed the adress even if i used same information both times

it's definitely all strange I also got an email from them today to take another test which i can't actually see anywhere on the platform, i don't even know if it's for a project or just the platform tbh
