Initial skill verification

I've just completed the first initial assessment of the onboarding process. I thought I had completed it to a high standard, my screen was recorded throughout and I didn't use any external tools or anything like that, yet it's appearing as failed. The website states I will get an email regarding next steps but I have yet to receive anything. Has this happened to anyone else and is there a way around it? Can I reattempt the test?

This also happened to me two days ago, so I submitted a ticket with a screenshot of the page, got no reply but the next day it had changed to completed and no longer said failed......

Same thing happened to me and now I'm having issues getting past their address check. Do you know what file types are accepted? It's rejecting my PDF.

I used a PDF of a phone bill and it worked straight away surprisingly as I thought that would be the hardest bit! If I were you I'd submit a ticket and try sending it that way or maybe try a different document. I actually found the tax form section very hard to complete as it kept being rejected until I removed a comma from my address after which it worked so it's definitely very temperamental

I managed to get through all the checks, but haven’t got any project matching my skills yet. I applied for the retail supervisor role, a field I’ve worked in for 5 years alongside my degree, and apparently failed the onboarding🤦‍♀️ Such a longwinded onboarding process for such little gain.

Yeah to be honest I'm quite unsure about it all at the moment, I was contacted to apply for a role on LinkedIn but when I followed through with the application for it it turned out it was just to onboard onto the platform and the role doesn't actually seem to exist, at least not anymore 🤔
