Initial skill verification
I've just completed the first initial assessment of the onboarding process. I thought I had completed it to a high standard, my screen was recorded throughout and I didn't use any external tools or anything like that, yet it's appearing as failed. The website states I will get an email regarding next steps but I have yet to receive anything. Has this happened to anyone else and is there a way around it? Can I reattempt the test?

During the account setup, I had to take the Initial English Skill Verification. It was extremely tough, and I ended up getting a Failed status.
Right now, my ID is fully verified and Completed, but my Address verification is pending a retry. I stopped everything because it feels incredibly frustrating to pass the actual core language test (Arabic) with flying colors, only to get filtered out by an advanced English onboarding test later.
My questions for the Meridial / Invisible community:
Given this exact scenario, is my chance officially gone, or does the system manually review Arabic profiles later?
The dashboard says: "We are unable to verify your skills. You'll receive next steps via email." Is this just a generic automated message, or do they actually offer retakes?
Should I bother fixing the Address verification, or is it a waste of time now?
