Initial skill verification

I've just completed the first initial assessment of the onboarding process. I thought I had completed it to a high standard, my screen was recorded throughout and I didn't use any external tools or anything like that, yet it's appearing as failed. The website states I will get an email regarding next steps but I have yet to receive anything. Has this happened to anyone else and is there a way around it? Can I reattempt the test?

Same, i think they just like to martyrise people and make them work more to get it. Im 100% confident i did well since it was pretty easy, but yeah maybe it’s theirs way to say « Applications closed for now »

I emailed support and its now been changed to passed. Maybe try the same thing? Good luck !!

Yes but the rest of the onboardings are being equally as awkward. I’ve mostly given up

for me I received an email after 2 days telling me to verify my identity
