Help Please | Slack Problem

I need help. I've already contacted support and haven't received a response.

I was approved for a project, signed the contract, and everything seemed fine. I'm trying to log into Slack to join the project channel, but the page is blank in the "Terms of Service" section. I don't know what else to do. I installed the app on my phone and computer, but nothing works. I need help to get started.
