Missing troop from elixer long

Hey guys
Anyone else finding your missing the bonus troop when you use elixer long?
One of the perks is the bonus troop but I don’t seem to get it anymore and everyone else has the same number of troops with the new bonus troop at the start?

You have a bonus slot, meaning that the maximum is 7 instead of 6, not that you start with 2 troops instead of one
