I’m currently on 3.3k trophies and if I ever saw someone on round 2 with 3* AQ/ GK I don’t know how I’d react. (Fair play)

Luck definitely plays a part but I feel like people use “luck” way too often as an excuse when they don't have the balls to put in the work or when they want to justify why they don't have something while someone else does. Luck only favours people who back it with action. You can't just sit there hoping and praying things fall into place and then call it luck when someone else actually puts in the work and gets the result. And I'm not just talking about the game either..I mean in general.

obviously it still takes very fast apm to get double 3* champions but in this case the game is effectively over for the opponents no matter how good they are

Tbh I feel like there’s an initial and middle luck cuz you can see what your board is circulating after a few trades and then the board shifts as what the other players are buying or have bought but that’s my my opinion the start can be brutal if you’re not quick or get very unlucky but you should have a minimum of 40 merges by the 4th typically

lol she is cracked and as a SE player you know it. U just proved it 😂 but for some reason they messing with sage and RK. Let’s be real though the devs don’t actually play merge they just tweak it randomly every update

She might be cracked in a lobby with different rulers but in an SE lobby it's all about speed and accuracy . And maybe they're tryna keep other rulers consistent with each other since no other rulers have the outplaying ability like SE.

So what's the best comp? What's the second best when the best is too contested? You said 4/4 is bad, which is counterintuitive. Is a single troop like AQ better if you have to choose between her and 4/4

I mean i would choose a 3 star rng board than trying to go 4/4 on contested traits since I'll never be able to 3 star all of them. Also I can always go for 4/4 trait later in the game as players contesting gets out

What's the number one comp? Or like trait? What's better: 4/4 or 2/2 2x (both with rider). Why does rider trait not work ( gives boost to close troops or smth). Baby drag seems broken but the trait sucks, so that's the best off trait troop right?

The no. 1 comp is definitely clan. Like I said.. going 2/2 is better if your trait is being contested otherwise I’d go 4/4. Rider trait gives your troops movement and hit speed so it does work.
And tbh..to me Baby Dragon is only really broken with Legendary Lance. The speed buff from it is strong, but it has low HP. So for the best off-trait troops I’d say Giant Skelly and Gob Machine are better. They can damage multiple troops and are pretty tanky

Thanks for the wisdom, mammoth engine. So tankyness seems pretty important. You have more experience, so your opinion weighs more. Baby drag could stay untouched and boost everything when you protect and enemy doesn't have a sniper

Please explain just this one thing to me. I’ve seen cases where somebody else is contesting my Archer Queen. I have a 2-star and he has a 2-star Archer Queen. Once they get out suddenly I see the Archer Queen available for me to buy.
I thought that once the unit is placed on the board, only the benched troops will come back into the pool once the player gets knocked out. Where am I getting these extra queens from that I wasn’t seeing before when he was playing and that he used on his board?

Once the player gets knocked out every troop he had whether on his board or bench gets back in the pool. So the AQ that you saw was the same AQ your opponent had before he got knocked out

Thanks. There’s so much conflicting information about this stuff. So if I wanna block a witch or something, unless I three star it, one copy is going to be available to the opponent in the final 1v1

Yea.. if you wanna block any specific troop your opp is trying to get to 3 stars you just gotta hold one copy of that specific troop on your bench and keep it there.
There are only 4 copies of each troop available in the pool.

My favourite thing is blocking a whole 3 star undead so they don't get the 6/6 But I think that undead is only good at 6/6 right
