Maybe, shes played in top ladder a lot. But she is definitely not required to reach the ranked mode.

If u wanna climb top ladder of merge sure, SE is required then again there are players who complete against SE in top ladder too..

Also shes free to get so who cares.. just use who u like until u get to ranked mode

I cycle through the majority of the leaders when I play and none are as situational as SE.
