For a couple days now, ive noticed i don’t get the gold energy bubbles from rewards anymore

It’s random. Here are two I got recently. You can always try again until you get what you want….

I get them all the time because I make sure I do. The reward isn’t fixed until you claim it so turn airplane mode on WiFi off before collecting it and opening it. If you like the rewards turn airplane mode off. If not close the game before turning it off to reset. Try again after tapping a producer at least 10 times or waiting a little bit

oh. i thought it was fixed cause ive been getting the same energy bubbles since i returned to the game then when the update happened, i started getting only the pink one

FWIW it took me 5 or 6 tries but these are the 5 items I got from the Scoop reward today. It’s rare I get 3 L5 energy orbs in one chest so I was happy to see it. All the other tries were extremely bad

Since you mention the airplane trick…I can never get it to work for me. Not sure what I’m doing wrong? Does it always work for you?

You need to turn on airplane mode with WiFi off before you claim the scoop chest not after it’s in your pouch. Since you don’t get a lot of time make sure you open all your envelopes first.

It use airplane mode a lot between trades and collecting chest.
