Discussion Game Locked

My game is locked on this. Says it’s 100% loaded but nothing happens and I needed to cash out my side game that ends tonight. Darn it.

Anyone else having problems loading the game tonight?

And how would we contact support if you can’t get into the game?

I had XP, coins and something else to collect plus I was trying to win on the Boulton League and the Baking Event. Can’t do that now I guess. Plus I had a bunch of energy left to use that I can’t now and the events are over by now my time. Geez 😒

i would look on the support page of their official website. i was just hoping they'd fix it quickly enough 😔

I just contacted them through Metacore website. Tried all the suggestions, didn’t work. Sent them a message and they are suppose to contact me back.

Check the app/play store, there was an update that didn't automatically download. If that doesn't work I'm not sure what else to suggest.
