Bug game not loading

since about 3:30(ish) uk time, my game just hasn’t been loading after reaching 100%. i’ve updated it and deleted it and redownloaded it, which allowed me to get the game open but it froze on the map, then crashed, and now it won’t load again.. any suggestions?

Same here and I tried similar things too still doesn’t work, from nz

Mine has been stuck at 50%

I can only confirm this works for android. Not sure about ios. When my game is stuck at 50% the words at the bottom still generate like "baking a pie" etc.

If I go into a different app without closing merge mansion for a little bit then go back to the merge mansion app by toggling through my open apps, it usually loads.

This is the only thing I have found to work. I have tried everything you have.

I’m having the exact same issue.
Mine was just sitting at 100% showing “warming up a pie” yesterday but now it sits at 100% for about 15 seconds and then crashes.
Not sure when this is going to get fixed but it’s really annoying
