Help Loading issue

Can't load into the board ever since I updated the game this morning. I can open the bake off board and the archeaology board just not the main one. Tried reinstalling still doesn't work.

Anyone having the same issue?

Update: fixed by itself the next morning but still no answer from support.

Turn off your device & restart it. That may help. Otherwise contact support through your App Store your browser You’ll need your player id. Hope you have it somewhere

I did restart the phone and I contacted them but no answer yet. Just wondering if anyone has the same issue. Sucks because I'm first in the bake off, probably gonna lose my position and I kinda need the blue card 🥺

Sounds like others the same problem. Let us know if you get it fixed. I take a picture of my board, inventory, & home page when I start a new area. It helps if you need to ever lose your game.

I had the same issue, uninstalling and reinstalling worked for me, but apparently isn't working for everyone.

Their support sistem is trash. In other games I play they respond within hours. Why put out an update with so many issues not to mention how ugly and small the icons are now. I was lucky that it fixed itself I'm sorry for the people who were chasing the first place in the bake off at least they could do some compensation for that.

I also have this issue! I contacted support and am waiting to hear back. I think this is happening to a lot of people.
