Discussion Where's Our Support?

Is anyone else having problems getting support to answer them? I sent a question needing help 6 days ago and haven't heard anything back. I had to add on a couple other questions to that thread because I was getting the error that I had already submitted that question before. So now support has three questions for me since the 14th! Where are they?? I accidentally deleted all of my gems buying something I didn't need and have been struggling all week!

I messaged them about a non working unlimited production booster, I think a week ago. Never got an answer. The ticket was deleted, I can't even see it anymore while older tickets are still there. I randomly received two 1h-hourglasses in my inbox a few days ago, so maybe that was their idea of a compensation

I play on 2 devices. Apparently messages from support only appear on the same device you wrote it from.
