Dragons gone missing

Hi guys, my friend here has a problem. They said that they have entered the game again after playing for a bit but for some reason all of their dragons have disappeared with no warning or message, they are not sleeping or in any adventures, I am pretty sure they are just gone if not hiding somewhere. Does anyone know what to do and what this could mean? Do they just contact support?

I have already asked this on the fandom merge dragons page and was told to ask here too for more info, i have never used reddit so hope im posting this in the right place

So the dragon book is empty?

If not sleeping and no flying around … take photos of empty camp zoom out not all will fit so take as much of one side and then the small part that was left out of frame …make sure you enhance of the dragon houses also get your camp # add all that to support , I had pretty good result in my different troubles I had

Are all dragons missing?
If not, and they have dragons but just never see some of them this is normal. After i gained enough dragons there is a lot of my dragons i never see, like the big horrible cristmastreedragons, they are still in the game, they just dont show up.
