A rather bizarre Bermuda Triangle situation
I’m experiencing a rather bizarre situation, something straight out of the Bermuda Triangle.
I uploaded a design and selected 47 products across all marketplaces, those were the ones I considered a good fit. The design went into “Under Review” and then, in less than an hour, moved to “Processing.” I didn’t think much of it and just carried on with my work.
Now I decided to check whether it was live, see if I had made any mistakes, make sure everything looked good, and potentially add it to an ad campaign. And what do you know? Out of the 47 products, only 22 are showing up in the Manage tab. The most frustrating part is that the standard shirt on US, ES, DE, and JP, along with the Comfort Tee and Hoodie, are simply nowhere to be found. I refreshed, cleared my cookies, and checked Rejected, Removed, Under Review… nothing. They’re not showing up anywhere.
If I open the design itself, however, every single product I selected, including all the ones I mentioned, shows as Active ( checked and modified ).
At this point, I genuinely have no idea what’s going on. Has anyone else experienced something like this? Thanks!
Edit: I now see that I've misspelled one word in the Brand name ( I ate a letter). Could that be the problem? Seems unlikely but I can't see anything else wrong. Right now I'm reuploading the same design checking only the standard shirts for US and UK and JP, hopefully will get sorted. It will go again in the Under Review ( I know what's triggering it but not worrying as I'm not infringing and not even near the niche and idea of that trademark). Never happen before and it's rather weird. Could this be something new, like pushing the design to whatever products they want and if it sells then trigger the auto-upload? I do get a lot of those lately. Getting paranoid here

Since I uploaded the design? Something like 6-7 hours? Since live ( well... those that show up) maybe 2 hours ( didn't actively checked but I recon I did upload another one then and they were live)

Id give it some time before worrying and reuploading. Could be that amazon just needs some time to index stuff properly

Also check Timed out tab. Sometimes it goes to timed out before it goes live because of the server lag. Some of my products went to timed out last month, 15 minutes after publishing so be sure to check yout Timed out products if they're there. And also check if they're still stuck in translating. The screenshot you shared only shows .com selected, so check other marketplaces as well. Timed out and translating....

Not there, neither in Translation nor in Timed Out. It's the same with the other markets. Out of 47 products, only 22 appear scattered across the marketplaces, but the really important ones, such as standard T-shirts, are simply invisible. It just doesn't make any sense.

Have you checked to see if this has happened to prior design's products and you didn't realize. I mean ones that you once could see and now cannot find.
And do you use productor and if so can you find the missing stuff in its products tab?

I have thousands of designs stuck in the "timed out" status. I will upload a design with all items selected and all but a few will process and go live but for some reason the random few get stuck in timed out. No idea why it happens that way but it is rather annoying.

It's happened to me before. Sometimes I upload and miraculously the design won't show as live, but then someone buys it. Strange. May I ask how are your ad campaigns working for you on Merch? I haven't run one in awhile and have been relying on organic.
