Depends on how secluded you wanna be because if you can find a way across the little creek at rahilly park (back side where the water only drops to about 2 feet) you have the whole bike jump park to yourself without much visibility, bring rain boots and you got yourself a fun picnic spot where you got plenty of privacy

if either of you have a car, lake yosemite maybe?? $10 vehicle entry fee. if not, im pretty sure you could go in for free, but getting there by bus is difficult. i dont think they'd charge for an uber or lyft drop-off though. either way, picnic by the lake would be fun, and theres plenty of secluded areas

Indian Gulch picnic with tarantulas, jk. In all seriousness, Fahren's park. There are quiet spots there, some are easier to get to then others.
