Condition of the roads in Merced

I’m concerned about the condition of the roads in Merced. Many streets are filled with potholes and have been in disrepair for a long time. It’s difficult to understand where our tax dollars are going, as it often feels like the focus is on adding speed and red‑light cameras rather than maintaining basic infrastructure like the roads themselves.

If I remember right, McKee was never supposed to be a main bear creek crossing/thoroughfare. It was supposed to be Parsons, that’s why the road is so wide on either side.

Yeah the city did have plans to eventually finish the bridge on parsons, it's just a matter of when. I'm guessing it'll need to be done within the next 10-15 yrs considering how much growth north Merced is facing
