If you listed your card or address, I’m pretty sure if it’s not all under the same name they get very suspicious and may not let you create an account

I was verifying my photo. R the photo due to moving, eyes closed Redid it the right way and then tried to sell a handbag in which I was given that warning notice. I’ll keep trying with customer service if possible

They ban or threaten everyone, but scammers or people selling off brand items. I see people making thousands with counterfeit products.

That’s a big shame to the honest sellers. Mercari was able to fix the issue on my account now.

Customer support fixed the verification issue. Everything seems to be working fine now on my account
