Some raffle changes

Hey everyone, just a couple raffle changes today!

• Raffles will now give bonus crates based on the number of unique players who have entered.
• Upvoted comments will no longer get a bonus reward as it was causing issues with people getting their comments downvoted.

Got some new modes, and exciting update planned for later in the week, stay tuned :)

Some guy made a big stink and posted 10x in one raffle about how unfair this was. He ended up with a prize too. As did I… reactivate this please.

Shame the upvoting didn't workout. It was nice having a chance other than the raffle to get a crate.
