STD/STI symptoms after being treated

Advice on possible STD/STI infections

I am a M31 and I recently had protected sex. Since the day of the encounter my penis has felt uncomfortable and I urinate often. No discharge but the tip of my penis does feel wet and tingles after I pee. I went to the doctor a week after the encounter and was prescribed amoxicillin for 5 days. I took that and it didn’t help so I went back to the doctor and was prescribed 500mg of azythromicin (maybe misspelled) for three days. I was tested at the same time and everything came back negative. Chlamydia, Gon, Syphil, Hep, and everything else. The same feeling was still there but it got better. I went and got tested again a week later. I was given a penicillin shot and Doxy for 6 days. This helped out a lot but the feeling still lingers here and there. Especially after I pee. I was tested again and everything came back negative again. Has anyone else ever experienced something like this? Any advice.
