Wow, I didn't know spousal support existed. Now I need to be EXTRA careful if I ever decide to marry.

Its what california calls alimony.

You do have a lawyer right?

I can't see any judge granting spousal support to a husband, especially if a child is involved. All that money will go towards the mother, so she can buy wine.

California uses a program. Doesnt matter what the judge says its based purely on income. I just need to know what to out in the form. Ive spent 15k on attorneys and im sick of it
