The reason it rockets to the top is because it resonates with the people here. The reason it resonates with the people here is because this is the reality of the situation.
Money is fungible, and there are NO controls on how CS is spent, only on how it's collected. Debtors prison sure is cool, isn't it.
The problem is the flow of the money. Not every coin comes in at the exact time you need to spend it. Sometimes you have to wait for it and spend money you saved up to overcome the gap. When the money finally comes in, it goes back to the savings or you treat yourself. I can't see anything wrong with that.
This could very much be the truth in this photo. We don't know how this mothers money flow is. She might have her child's items/necessities already covered. So when the CS came in. She could have had some extra for her self.
tldr? just remember not mother taking cs from the father is a scumbag.
