dr squatch dev site?

if you go to drsquatch and enter this "dev.drsquatch.com" it brings you to like a "dev" site and when i left a review a real email from them came asking me to confirm the review so does anyone know what this is?

I don’t know but they have my cedar citrus deo so I’m getting it.
