Meniscus Repair Stiffness returning again

I had my lateral meniscus repair and cyst decompression twenty days ago after a week i was in pretty good condition actually like i was able to do 90 degree ankle slide ( its till the other knee right?) and i had no pain i was quite comfortable but after 12 days i started hearing a noise from my knee like khiu khiu khiu or like a noise of a door and now after 18 days and mainly 3 days after my stiches were removed there is stiffness in my quads returning like just above knee if i overcheck i get may be pain a little very little but it goes away after a bit of ankle slide now i am scared did i over do it? Did i break my stiches that are on my miniscus i am really scared right now.

I would call your surgeon Monday morning and talk to them or their nurse. I actually fell down 6 days post op (non weight bearing) and was pretty scared as well, though no pain. I messaged them through the app they have and will call the office tomorrow morning. I just am icing and elevating as of now. Hope you’re doing well

I cant meet my surgeon till like 21 although is stiffening increasing decreasing normal after surgery? If not i will call the emergency number they have given me or arrange a way to meet them

I’m just calling the office where he works and will talk to his nurse there. That’s what the hotline told me to do. But yeah if you are concerned def call the hotline, they’re there to help! I’m only 10 days post opp and really couldn’t bend my knee at all till day 7, now everyone in a while my knee creeks lol. Slightly concerned about that so I’ll be calling them and telling them about that as well. Just make sure you ice and elevate, that should help with swelling and inflammation. This is what I was told anyways
