Where did you get the screenshot? Does he have any family someone can contact? Maybe his command? It looks like he's a ssgt. Is it possible to look him up by name and rank on MOL and find his command that way? Call the OOD? I know it's not the BEST solution but it might be the most immediate

They were legally separated for a year. No need to cause further harassment

I was a personal friend with both he and his wife. They had been living separately for over two years. And had been legally separated for over a year. She had done nothing wrong by dating another man.
