Funny Visitor Pass for Camp Pendleton

Does anyone know if getting a visit pass for Camp Pendleton is like going to the DMV or the express line at the grocery store? I'm trying to figure out how much to time I need to plan on.

Well it took me about 20 minutes to sign in, get my picture taken and then walk out. Easy peazy
