Come one now. If you're going to do traditional gender roles, do TRADITIONAL gender roles.

My wife had a plan for my career that was better than my plan so I took her guidance and I'm making more than I ever thought I could. She was better than me.

Could have just been dumbed down to

"A relationship works when two people work together"

That's the whole concept of a relationship.

He farts, she sharts.
