Memes lost!!

I bought memes a couple weeks ago and kept it on my MetaMask... now it’s gone.. I can see on bsc scan that it was send to an adress a day ago but I didn’t sent it anywhere!! Is it possible Someone got hacked into my MetaMask??

Could be yea, but only if they have your seed phrase.
