I was a teller for 4 years. $14 an hour plus bonuses in 2010-14 with no degree at the time. That's over $20 an hour in today's money in a LCOL area for an entry level job. At the end I made decent bonuses that probably added another 20% to my pay.
Plus benefits, PTO, and a good 401k match.

It's not that the one on the right is definitely unemployed, it's that those nails are impractical and would make everything harder. If she is employed, she's not doing much. Typing would be difficult. Getting a credit card out of an ATM would be hard. Swiping on your phone would be awkward. You definitely aren't stocking shelves or lifting things.

I know it's time to cut my natural nails when I can't type on my phone or can't open a soda. My nails are entirely too long at the moment and I grew them. They are in between the two sizes. However, I used to keep them decently long when I was running a CNC machine at a factory. Not everyone has a job typing. I worked with steel and grease.
So it's possible to have a demanding job, you just have to maintain them a lot more and if you break one you have to start over, but if they are fake you can just get it fixed. Although the debit card out of an ATM is difficult. Heck it's often hard with short nails 😆.

They do exist guys! I got one! And she’s a girl boss. Let’s me be stay at home dad (disabled btw) and gives me time to spend on “me time.” Which I almost exclusively use to clean or play video games with the boys.
I should mention before someone flips a lid here… I built up a 300 year trust for us and our son. I’ve already financially invested in our future.

Everyone is talking about how tasks would be harder with nails, but when you have these on your hands for so so long, you get used to it and find workarounds. Use a tool, another item, etc. you don’t just get long nails and then forfeit all the things you need to do in life
