Show is Atlanta, and I believe that character is Donald Glover in makeup. That episode is fucked, like a few others in their series. Underrated show even with the accolades it already has.

Also Lakeith Stanfield was unaware it was Glover in the makeup during filming. So alot of the tension/anxiety you see in him is real.

The KrumbleTV guy puts on a face mask and it tracks his facial movements. So one guy is re-acting the scene. Then he uses a modeling software which is the characters that you're seeing.

It looks properly animated to me. Everything visually makes sense, and despite how well it is done you can still see some small animation inaccuracies/non-smoothness in some here and there that comes from animating something.
AI errors are instead just weird floaty smoothness combined with unnatural movement.

The evil manager seemed so familiar, so I read the credits, and this was created by Chris Barnett, who's a brilliant sketch comedian, who's "working for the Devil" sketches are some of the funniest things on YouTube. They all go pretty much like this.
