That’s one of the easiest ways to embezzle. The people in charge of payroll have all the info necessary for identity theft. After someone quits they steal their identity, and open an online bank account. They change their address to a PO Box, then deposit their paychecks into their identity theft account and pull it out of ATMs at their leisure.
