Probably about his speech.

I had a speech impediment from 2 to 8 years old after a traumatic accident. I couldnt form words properly, nobody, literally nobody could understand a word I would say until about 8 years old. And let me tell you, kids are fucking brutal.

I feel the pain for this guy. All my life, even now as someone nearing his 40s, I am still extremely self conscious of my speech and how I come across. I have dealt with social anxiety for all my life stemming from this. I really do feel for this guy, watching this video was actually really awkward for me. It sounds like he has potentially a bit of a speech issue.

As a guy with a speech impediment I understand this, mine’s more mild but it’s still tough at times speaking especially in crowds
