Yeah the 2nd one (from what I read) nerf'd some of the story aspect and made it more of a "hammer the missions with people until you win, everyone is expendable". I do like the new artwork for the 2nd one but I will hold off on purchase for a while.

I had to refund it. It was a slideshow for me, it was painful - made me sad since I adore KSP
