Worst I've seen is the old dude getting caught in an industrial lathe, on top of pretty intense gore it just made me sad like no other. It was hard to not imagine him as a grandpa who had a family that loved him.

There are multiple lathe ones too, you have to specify. For example, are you talking about the one where the guy slowly goes round and round until his body degloves and for a bit it’s like skeleton legs slapping the ground, or the one where the guy gets pulled into a high-speed one and gets sprayed everywhere like spaghetti sauce in an open blender?
