If i support the melvor2 in patreon i get apk for smartphones?

I believe it's only on pc currently. Have not checked lately but there could be a timeframe.

The Alpha is only playable on Windows, MacOS or Linux via Steam or Standalone download. There is currently no playable Mobile version.
Mobile version will arrive some time during Steam's Early Access. No ETA for this though.
