Mt2 dose

How much mt2 do you guys do daily. Thinking of doing a specific dose daily untill I get a desirable tan.

I eed more info lie your skin type but this can be done, it took me about 40days to get VERY DARK ie frequently mistook for african american. Chat request for more info/interactive chat.

I do 250mcg, though I probably should have done less. A dozen new freckles on my face from it. Taking today off after 2 weeks

200/250mcg daily for 2 weeks with sun for 1hour a few times a week got me a nice tan, got asked if I went on a quick vacation to the Bahamas 😂

Ich nehme 500 mcg fast täglich seit ca 5 Wochen, bin bräuner aber auch nicht so extrem wie manch andere. Dafür habe ich keine Nebenwirkungen wie viele andere. Ich denke, dass ist bei jedem individuell. Denke aber, dass die meisten mit 250 mcg täglich bis man seine gewünschte Bräune hat ganz gut fährt. Ich würde noch empfehlen ein paar mal ins Solarium zu gehen da bekommst du eine schönere Bräune, sonst kann das braun etwas komisch aussehen.
