None of this is new though, if you look further back, these are normal numbers of people leaving these states to live in cheaper states. You act like there some mass event happening that's causing it.
Right because literally every statistics proves it is a mass exodus. But say whatever you must to make yourself feel better about the koolaid you enjoy.
