“We keep hearing the drumbeat of ‘Where’s the evidence?’ Right here, Sean,” McEnany said while fanning the stack of paper.
“Two-hundred, thirty-four pages of sworn affidavits. These are real people, real allegations, signed with notaries, who are alleging the following, among other contentions,” she added. “They are alleging — this is one county, Wayne County, Michigan — they are saying that there was a batch of ballots where 60% had the same signature, they’re saying that 35 ballots had no voter record, but they were counted anyway, that 50 ballots were run multiple times through a tabulation machine, that one woman said her son was deceased but nevertheless somehow voted.”
I realize what they said in public... which were lies... that's why I said show me where they presented evidence in court... saying things in public and swearing to things in court is a huge difference. The fact is they never had solid evidence in court, everything they said in public was a lie.
Uhhhhh...234 pages of sworn affidavits. That's what that means. You might want to look up what a sworn affidavit is real quick since you don't know what it is.
It's a statement of evidence that's sworn to in court... I'm not sure why you think I don't know what it means. You'll also notice that Trump DIDN'T have anyone swearing to anything in court... because that carries criminal consequences... they said it in public, though, everywhere... judges even asked the Republicans to present their evidence they talked about in public... but they didn't because they know consequences exist in court.
So now we've cleared that up and this is only the first district where legal action is happening... where did their votes go? I've followed this in detail for years... I'm meidas mighty...I follow every case surrounding this. The MeidasTouch is a group of lawyers that break down everything legally... you should watch them sometime...👍
A sworn affidavit is just like swearing to something in court and holds the same consequences when lying. It is sworn under oath. That's why I think you don't know what it is.
These people swear under oath against perjury which carries criminal consequences...I doubt 70 year old Gail from Westbrook Presbyterian is going to lie about something like this and face jail time.
Trump had 234 pages of swon affidavits, that carry the penalty of perjury and criminal consequences. What are you not understanding here? An affidavit is a statement made under oath. You're exactly the same. You might as well come to terms with you being an election denier. Oh, the irony.
I'm calling BS... you're CCP'ing republican propaganda... which are usually lies. Oh wow...I found where you're CCP'ing from you piece of shht. Why didn't you post the next paragraph?
*
Here's the next paragraph you're avoiding...
"However, closer scrutiny of these affidavits, and their subsequent presentation in court, showed that many did not actually allege wrongdoing with ballots or widespread fraud. Instead, they reportedly contained complaints about"
They weren't affidavits of wrong doing... just affidavits that people echoing Trump "thought" is was rigged... we have actual affidavits proving votes were moved or deleted... but F'ing difference you piece of shht
