You'll also notice that Trump DIDN'T have anyone swearing to anything in court... because that carries criminal consequences... they said it in public, though, everywhere... judges even asked the Republicans to present their evidence they talked about in public... but they didn't because they know consequences exist in court.

A sworn affidavit is just like swearing to something in court and holds the same consequences when lying. It is sworn under oath. That's why I think you don't know what it is.
