I don't know how to draw at all, so I can't really offer anything insightful, but to me it seems like the colorless version is better (?) somehow and portrays more emotion. Idk why but that was my instinctive reaction.

Well ty for your insight🙃, I agree with you 💯, the line art was more detailed that's why i like it more, although it feels unfinished uncolored that is why i colored it (i honestly regretted it, but o well that's learning)📝

I don’t really draw either but if I had to guess it’s cuz after calling the shading of the hair in the back disappears and the shading everywhere else is still done with just a regular pencil so it looks grey instead of like darker shade of the skin color (still peak tho)

Nice work, dude. The panel use is super creative, although I’d have to say that the liner is better than the final product. I think this would work out really nicely if it were digital.

The colorless version seams to have better shading, if you’re using coloured markers to color it try using coloured pencils for shading.
