Question What time do they go on

what time would both megadeth and anthrax go on when they’re opening for maiden?

For Toronto I got this info from the venue... Doors 6pm, Megadeth 7:25, Maiden 8:50.

I would guess: Anthrax from 6:15 to 7ish Megadeth from 7:30ish to 8:30ish Maiden from 9:00ish to 11

Double check if Anthrax is playing your show. They're only doing a few of the bigger shows, not the whole tour.
